These boot camp-inspired workouts are adaptable to any and all fitness level, and designed to burn serious calories. Workouts are programmed on cardiovascular, strength, balance and functionality. Online registration opens August 1.

AquaFit

Build your strength and cardio endurance with this challenging, yet low impact 60 minute aqua workout. Increase balance and coordination by using water weights, noodles, and your own body weight to get a great workout. Online registration opens August 1.

The Poverty Simulation Experience

The Poverty Simulation Experience is an interactive, professional development tool that provides a window into the lives of low-income families and the struggles they face to overcome barriers to joblessness, homelessness, crime, illiteracy, and lack of quality childcare. The simulation captures a month-long experience in the lives of low-income families. Participants gain a better understanding of the challenges associated with living in poverty and emerge with a greater sensitivity to the plight and needs of these families. Registration opens this fall.
