Annual Registration

Annual Online Registration is intended for ALL current EASD students that have completed the previous school year in the district. The annual registration process includes verifying student, family, and emergency information. Additionally, annual online registration is used to acknowledge various areas such as busing, athletics, and fee management.

During the Annual Online Registration process you may be asked to submit updated medical or dental forms, and immunization records. Please schedule your appointments as soon as possible so you are able to submit your documents either with your annual registration or before the first day of school at the District Office (3 N. Jackson Street) or at your student's school. Health forms are available for download on the Health Services website

You also have the option of paying for student fees and meal plans with a credit/debit card via RevTrak, during the registration process. If you plan on paying fees in person at your student's school, please bring cash (exact change required) or checks made payable to your student's school.

Annual Registration opens annually in mid-July.

If you do not have access to a computer or the internet, please plan on attending a registration assistance event, or contacting the District Registrar (262-741-9138) to schedule an appointment to come into District Office to complete annual registration.

All students are expected to have completed Annual Online Registration prior to the first day of school.
