An application for the Free and Reduced Price School Meal program is available via your Family Access account. Only "Food Service Payors" will be able to access the online application.

Login to your Family Access account, select a student at the top of the screen and then navigate to the Food Service tab on the left. Click on “Applications” (above the Lunch Calendar link), and then “Add Application.” You only need to submit one application for your family. You do not need to fill out an application for each of your students. 

Paper applications are available at the District Office and your student's school. Questions can be directed to the EASD Food Service department at 262-741-9141.
