With the Holiday Program just days away, we wanted to send out a few program day reminders.
**Date: Friday, December 9, 2022
**Students will perform for two programs.
**To ensure space, we encourage Last Names A-M attend at 9 am and N-Z attend at 1 pm.
**Please use the Gym Lobby Entrance, Office doors will be locked.
**Parking is limited, please plan accordingly.
**The program will be roughly 1-1.5 hours and will also be live streamed, link to follow.
**Due to limited space in the cafeteria, we are not able to accommodate lunchtime visitors.
After the second program, if you wish to sign your student out early, you must sign them out from their classroom.
**The PTA will be selling tickets for the PTA Basket Raffle. Each ticket is $1 and can be purchased during both programs. Winner will be notified by phone.
We are looking forward to a great turnout and your patience is appreciated.
Candy cane orders are due today! Extra forms available in the office.

Reminder: Educational Autism Consultant Mandy Reinke will be presenting to the Elkhorn community on Thursday, December 1 in the James A Wehner Auditorium at Elkhorn Area High School.
This is a FREE event. You will come away with a better understanding of the characteristics of autism, as well as strategies to help support those you love and care for on the Autism Spectrum.

Back by popular demand: The West Side PTA is hosting a cranberry fundraiser again this year! Our goal is to continue to raise funds for new playground equipment. If you are willing and able, please utilize this order form to purchase and sell yummy cranberry goodies. These make great holiday gifts! Rubi Reds is a Wisconsin business who will give 40% of profit back to West Side.

You are invited! West Side elementary proudly presents: Winter Magic, the West Side Holiday Program, Friday, December 9th.

Families with student last name N-Z 1:00 pm
Parents there are no costumes or specific dress code for this. Students are encouraged to dress nicely for the performance. All students will be performing twice that day at each performance time. Any questions please contact Mrs. Difazzio
